Our client's Services & Fulfilment Management division was generating 300+ reports through its existing in-house system. Majorly a manual process, the generation process was slow and led to slower decision making process. The process was prone to human errors.
Our client envisaged a new reporting system that used Hyperion Intelligence and Essbase modules with more robust database design to provide near rich data with no change in the data capture application.
