To manage brokers more effectively, there was an urgent need to provide an alternative solution that would eliminate managing agreements manually (using Excel spreadsheet and hard copies of the actual broker contracts) by Sales, Credit and Finance.
InfrasoftTech is building a portal with the following features and enablers, leading to reduction in operational cost :
  • Centralized repository of all contracts with an ease to search and access the contracts.

  • Contract management at broker group level

  • In-built alerts on bad-debts, contract expiry, rate expiry, etc. that can be received via email, with flexibility to customize these alerts.

  • Workflow management – revisions / modifications highlighted to appropriate people for review.

Testing Services
Our client decided to automate their back-office processes, with the objective of increasing the efficiency at the same time enhancing the service experience for brokers.

InfrasoftTech was engaged to conduct testing on this new system. During this process, the team prepared system test requirement specification, test plans, test procedures and test logs. Additionally, we carried out functionality testing, performance testing and usability testing on the system.
