eChannel Integrator
OMNIEnterprise™ eChannel integrator enables organisations to significantly reduce cost per transaction on servicing the customers and effectively enhance customer satisfaction. It empowers its customers to do banking through multiple channels at any time and from anywhere.

The solution is based on open architecture and has a single channel manager ( middleware) for managing all access and delivery channels. Further STP-enables the various business processes across the life-cycle of the trade / message.

OMNIEnterprise™ eChannel integrator is an integrator of multiple delivery channels and multiple backend bank hosts. Structurally, it consists of five main components:

Delivery Channels

  • ATM
  • Internet Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • Multi branch Banking
  • Information kiosk
  • Trading Partner Interface

Inter-bank / Trading Partner Connectivity

The solution can be directly connected to standard message handlers using messaging standards such as:

  • ISO 8583
  • SWIFT Message Types
  • FIX Message Types
  • ISO 15022
  • ISO 20022

The system also supports XML based messaging to interface with custom message types.

Payment Gateway Connectivity

The solution can also be connected to International Payment Gateways such as VISA and MasterCard.

Market Data Connectivity

  • MDDL interfaces
  • CSV & excel uploads

The distributable middleware connecting all the above performs Transaction Delivery / Logging / Reporting / Monitoring and Control. These include retry / recovery functions to provide high level of reliability using queuing. It provides online / offline / stand-in authorizations for transactions to cater to different quality networks.
